Summary:
The article deals with the shape of conic sections in several interesting metric spaces. While the shapes of ellipse, hyperbola and parabola in Euclidean space are well known, the shapes of the conic sections in Discrete, Manhattan, Maximum or Parisien metric spaces might be surprising.
