Summary:
The article presents the possibility of extending the high school definition of combinatorial numbers. This is demonstrated on the example of a combinatorics problem from a high school mathematical textbook and its solution based on the use of combinatorial numbers, where the traditional definition of combinatorial numbers restricts the solution.
